There is always so much to do! Between work, school, meal prep, and whatever else makes your list for that week, the thought of putting another item on your plate can seem unrealistic. But how about putting yourself into a nice warn bath? It's no illusion that taking a nice warm bath has these three benefits:
1. Calms and soothes your body & mind
2. Relieve conditions such as eczema
3. Enhance hydration of your skin
I understand it can be hard. Challenge yourself to take two at least 15 minutes baths a month. You can do it because your skin deserves it!
