Bath Benefits - 3 Reasons to Make Time For a Bath

There is always so much to do! Between work, school, meal prep, and whatever else makes your list for the week, the thought of putting another item on your plate can seem unrealistic. But how about putting yourself into a nice warn bath? It's no illusion that baths have these three benefits: 

1. Calms and soothes your body & mind
2. Improves conditions such as eczema 
3. Enhances hydration of your skin

I understand it can be hard. Challenge yourself to take two  at least 15 minutes baths a month. You can do it because your skin deserves it!
