Summer is in full swing and if you are like most people, your skin is already feeling the effects. Below are a few easy tips to help you breeze through the warmer temperatures.
1. If you have acne prone skin, blot sweat away with a clean towel. After cleansing with a non-drying product, use a light weight moisturizer that won't clog pores.
2. After a shower or bath, slather a moisturizer onto your skin immediately. Doing so will seal in the water helping soothe signs of dryness or irritation. This routine is a must if you suffer from eczema.
3. There are a few precautions to take for a fun filled day in the sun. Wear sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect you from the strong rays.
